Food Service Operations Manager

At Tim Hortons, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Manager to join our team. As a Food Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food quality meets the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- Monitor revenues and labour costs to optimize profitability
- Supervise staff to ensure excellent customer service and food quality
- Plan and organize daily operations to meet customer demand
- Recruit and train staff to ensure a high-performing team
- Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
- Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms
- Conduct performance reviews to ensure staff are meeting expectations
- Cost products and services to ensure optimal profitability
- Organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient operations
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
- Address customer complaints or concerns
- Provide exceptional customer service
- 3-5 years of experience in food service management
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Ability to stand for extended periods
