Food Services Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Services Manager to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Food Services Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive high-quality food and exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- Monitor revenues to determine labor costs and implement cost-saving measures
- Supervise staff to ensure that they are meeting performance expectations
- Plan and organize daily operations to meet customer demand
- Recruit and train staff to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service
- Set staff work schedules to ensure that the restaurant is adequately staffed at all times
- Supervise staff to ensure that they are following health and safety protocols
- Train staff on new menu items and procedures
- Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures
- Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms
- Conduct performance reviews to evaluate staff performance
- Cost products and services to ensure that they are within budget
- Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that it is adequate and up-to-date
- Ensure that health and safety regulations are followed
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
- Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide customer service to ensure that customers have a positive experience
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a food service management role
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Ability to supervise and train staff
- Ability to plan and organize daily operations
- Ability to evaluate and improve processes
- Ability to negotiate with suppliers
- Ability to address customer complaints and concerns
