Food Services Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Services Operations Manager to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of our restaurants.
Job DescriptionThe Food Services Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, customer service, and inventory management. This includes evaluating daily operations, monitoring revenues, and implementing operational procedures to ensure efficient service delivery.
A successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills, with experience in managing teams and motivating staff to achieve business objectives. They will also possess strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate daily operations and implement improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
- Monitor revenues and labour costs to identify areas for cost savings
- Implement operational procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
- Supervise and motivate staff to achieve business objectives
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to secure the best possible deals
- Manage inventory levels to minimize waste and maximize profitability
- Ensure high-quality customer service through effective training and coaching of staff
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in food services operations management
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
