Food Services Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Services Manager to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a Food Services Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food quality meets the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
- Monitor revenues to determine labor costs and implement strategies to reduce waste
- Monitor staff performance and provide coaching and feedback to improve productivity
- Plan and organize daily operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and supply chain logistics
- Recruit, train, and develop staff to ensure a high-performing team
- Set staff work schedules and ensure adequate staffing levels to meet customer demand
- Supervise staff and provide guidance on customer service, food safety, and quality control
- Determine type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures to meet customer needs
- Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports, and related forms
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff
- Cost products and services to ensure profitability and efficiency
- Organize and maintain inventory to ensure adequate stock levels and minimize waste
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed and maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
- Address customer complaints or concerns and provide exceptional customer service
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in food service management
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
