Key Responsibilities:
  • Expedite Work Flow: Expedite the flow of work throughout the R&O Shop floor to meet or exceed delivery dates.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Collaborate with Planners and the ODC Coordinator to ensure parts availability aligns with flow requirements and customer expectations.
  • Work Order Preparation: Ensure work order kits are complete and prepared for assembly as per the weekly schedule.
  • Process Optimization: Optimize work processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Status Reporting: Create, maintain, and publish daily and weekly status reports.
  • Interdepartmental Liaison: Liaise with other departments to ensure parts availability.
  • Effective Communication: Maintain effective communication with team members and other departments.
Requirements:
  • Eligibility: Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
  • Education: University Degree or College Diploma in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment with minimal supervision.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Access, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • SAP Experience: SAP experience is an asset.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with Canadian Aviation Regulations and airworthiness requirements is an asset.
