This permanent position involves working closely with teachers to support the educational and personal needs of students, particularly those with exceptional needs.
Key Responsibilities- Assist teachers in the classroom, library, and other learning environments
- Supervise students and provide support with daily tasks
- Prepare teaching aids and materials as directed by teachers
- Tutor students and assist with record-keeping
- Support students with transportation, feeding, hygiene, and other personal needs
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Graduation from high school and completion of an approved training course related to the field of work
- Experience or demonstrated ability in dealing with children
- Ability to work as part of a team and provide excellent support to students and teachers
