About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Experience Specialist to join our team at Canada Life. As a Client Experience Specialist, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional client service and support to our advisors and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Service and Support: Provide timely and effective support to clients and advisors, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and advisors, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Communication and Documentation: Ensure accurate and timely communication with clients and advisors, and maintain accurate records of client interactions and correspondence.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to advisors and other team members, as required.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance client service and support.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: 2 years of experience in a client-facing role in a financial services or insurance firm, with a post-secondary diploma or degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field.
  • Skills and Abilities: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, with intermediate knowledge of Univeris, Plan Plus, iMost, Croesus, NetRep, and NBCN.
