Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with advisors and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely completion of client documentation and paperwork.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of client experience initiatives, driving business growth and retention.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge in client service, communication, and relationship-building.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Post-secondary diploma or degree in business, finance, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
