Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Fitmea Ford. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating administrative tasks, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting the overall operations of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing reports.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support the overall operations of the office, including maintaining inventory, ordering supplies, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Assist with special projects, such as event planning, data entry, and document preparation.
Requirements
  • Post-secondary education in a related field, such as business administration or office management.
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a fast-paced office environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and clients.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
