Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Fitmea Ford. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our staff and ensure the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to our staff, including scheduling appointments, preparing reports, and maintaining records.
  • Coordinate the flow of information within the team and ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely manner.
  • Assist with staff consultation and grievance procedures, and maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Manage training and development strategies, and oversee the preparation of reports.
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory, and ensure that all equipment is in good working order.
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary education in a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

The successful candidate will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and support to our staff.
