Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Tim Hortons. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of quality and service in our food service operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that all team members are equipped to provide excellent service.
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
  • Ensure that all food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining the highest level of quality and consistency.
  • Prepare and submit reports, providing insights and recommendations to improve our operations.
Requirements
  • 3-4 years of experience in a food service environment, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues quickly.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
