Job Title: Customer Service Representative Supervisor
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative Supervisor to join our team at Bay Street Group Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service, with experience in supervising a team and coordinating activities with other work units or departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments
- Establish work schedules and procedures
- Examine and verify the accuracy of work
- Identify workers' training needs
- Prepare and submit reports
- Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
- Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies
- Conduct performance reviews
- Recruit and hire staff
- Co-ordinate, assign and review work
Requirements:
- Education: College/CEGEP
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
Preferred Skills:
- MS Office
