The Amazon Flex team is in search of a Senior Marketing Strategist - CA to take charge of the acquisition, onboarding, and activation of delivery partners throughout the United States. This pivotal role entails comprehensive ownership of the delivery partner top funnel strategy, budget management, channel selection, and optimization efforts.


This individual will lead a team responsible for crafting and executing both online and offline marketing initiatives at national and regional levels, while also managing internal channels to enhance conversion rates.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Formulate the vision and roadmap for Amazon Flex CA acquisition, onboarding, and activation.
  2. Collaborate with the North American team to set and track goals and performance metrics.
  3. Oversee the planning, execution, and refinement of Flex omni-channel campaigns tailored to regional needs.
  4. Ensure that Flex delivery partners meet onboarding capacity targets by implementing gap-closing strategies.
  5. Manage the CA Acquisition budget effectively to meet onboarding objectives.
  6. Facilitate collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, including the World Wide team, Business Intelligence, Social Media agencies, Central Paid Search teams, and Technology teams to develop and optimize acquisition campaigns.
  7. Design and implement strategic initiatives and marketing enhancements based on program insights.
  8. Create standardized mechanisms for marketing management, streamline manual processes, and quickly identify and escalate areas for improvement.
  9. Review marketing communications in local languages to ensure effectiveness and clarity.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of 6 years of professional marketing experience, excluding internships.
• At least 7 years of experience in developing and managing acquisition marketing or channel programs.
• Proven experience in utilizing data and metrics to drive enhancements.
• Proficiency in Excel or Tableau, including data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables.
• Experience in building, executing, and scaling cross-functional marketing initiatives.
• Background in developing and executing campaigns across various time zones and languages.
• Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking French.


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in guiding direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams and agency partners.
• Background in designing and executing joint marketing strategies with strategic alliance partners on a global scale.
