Intello Technologies Inc. is seeking a proactive and strategic Senior Product Marketing Strategist to spearhead the Renewals Strategy and other essential retention initiatives.

This role involves close collaboration with the Senior Strategy Manager to establish tailored offers for diverse customer segments, ensuring precise offer implementation, and pinpointing the most effective channels in partnership with relevant teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of the renewals KPI for our customer base, analyzing performance metrics and delivering actionable insights.
  • Work alongside the SMB Wireless Programs team to optimize renewal campaigns for maximum conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Retention Pricing Strategy Manager to identify high-risk and standard-risk customer segments.
  • Coordinate with Pricing Operations, Database Management, and other departments to implement offers for various customer segments.
  • Provide continuous support to channels, managing escalations and ensuring seamless execution.
  • Develop strategies for sub-market cohorts, including trigger-based and geo-fencing initiatives.
  • Partner with data science and AI teams to enhance campaign effectiveness.
  • Drive digital adoption through various channels.
  • Utilize tools such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, and internal reporting systems for data analysis and performance evaluation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
  • Approximately 5+ years of experience in product marketing, execution strategy, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical capabilities with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a foundational understanding of SQL.
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects and achieve results.
  • Experience in the telecommunications sector or a similar customer-focused industry.
  • Familiarity with digital channels and strategies to enhance digital engagement.

Compensation:
Salary Range: $96,000-$144,000 Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan: 15%
Total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance, and experience. We offer a comprehensive total rewards package that includes a competitive salary and bonus structure, a minimum of 3 weeks of vacation, and a flexible benefits plan tailored to meet the needs of you and your family.
