About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Chef to join our team at Outliers Consulting North America. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our culinary operations, developing new menu concepts, and ensuring exceptional food quality and presentation.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of kitchen staff to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Develop and implement new menu concepts that meet customer expectations and preferences.
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and hygiene.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and problem-solving.
  • Analyze sales data and customer feedback to inform menu decisions and drive business growth.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience as a head chef or executive chef in a fast-paced restaurant or hospitality environment.
  • Proven track record of success in menu development, cost control, and team leadership.
  • Demonstrated expertise in food safety, sanitation, and quality control procedures.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze sales data and customer feedback.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
