Job Title: Sales Supervisor

Gladwin Optical Inc is seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assign sales workers to duties and ensure they have the necessary training and resources to succeed.
  • Hire and train new staff members, or arrange for their training, to ensure they meet the company's standards.
  • Order merchandise and establish work schedules to ensure efficient operations.
  • Sell merchandise and resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely manner.
  • Organize and maintain inventory, and supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff.
Requirements:
  • Fast-paced environment and attention to detail are essential for this role.
  • Accurate, client-focused, flexible, organized, reliable, and a team player are the personal qualities we value in our Sales Supervisors.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in sales or a related field is required.
  • Permanent employment with 35 hours per week is offered.
  • English is the primary language of communication in this role.
