Key Accountabilities

  • Support the creation of an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.
  • Achieve delegated tasks within set deadlines.
  • Motivate fellow team members.
  • Support training to team members when necessary.
  • Provide store key holder support including opening and closing of the store as required.

Store Operations Management

  • Execute day-to-day operations.
  • Ensure customer complaints are dealt with in accordance with company policy.
  • Ensure that visual merchandising standards are achieved and that all products are displayed in accordance with company policy.
  • Ensure organization, product storage and rotation by staff.
  • Support and/or conduct month end inventory counts.

Requirements

  • Previous retail sales and inventory experience in the food industry is an asset.
  • Must have excellent communication skills; fully proficient in English.
  • Two (2) years recent related experience, including one (1) year supervisory experience, or equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
  • Education and Knowledge: Grade 12.
