About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Team Lead to join our team at Applebarn Pumpkin Farm Ltd. as a Sales Supervisor. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales staff and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff, including assigning duties and providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Sales Floor Management: Ensure that the sales floor is well-organized and that customers are provided with a positive shopping experience.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure that products are available for customers.

Requirements

Work Environment

As a Sales Supervisor at Applebarn Pumpkin Farm Ltd., you will work in a retail service establishment in a rural area. You will be required to work a 30-hour week and may be required to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of customer traffic.
