About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Team Lead to join our team at 1372677 B.C. LTD. as a Sales Supervisor. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading and guiding our sales staff to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hire and Train Staff: Recruit, train, and develop a team of sales professionals to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to succeed in their roles.
  • Authorize Returns: Review and approve returns of merchandise, ensuring that our customers are satisfied with their purchases.
  • Establish Work Schedules: Create and manage work schedules to ensure that our sales team is adequately staffed to meet customer demand.
  • Sell Merchandise: Work with our sales team to promote and sell our products to customers, achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Prepare Sales Reports: Analyze sales data and prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
  • Resolve Customer Issues: Address customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner, ensuring that our customers are satisfied with their experience.
  • Supervise Sales Team: Lead and manage our sales team, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure they are performing at their best.
