Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Regional Sales Operations Manager to manage the sales operations within Northern Ontario, leading the achievement of our company sales goals. This role will be responsible for identifying professional development opportunities for sales employees, encouraging positive employee relations, leading an inclusive work environment, and continually growing the business.

Responsibilities
  • Coach, develop, and perform management of Business Development Representatives
  • Lead the sales team in territory analysis and annual planning
  • Set targets and cascade for sales team
  • Prepare and execute daily, weekly & monthly District Meetings
  • Execute National sales strategy and standards – distribution, promotion, and merchandising
  • Deliver against business targets for the district (volume, share, distribution, profit, cost management)
  • Develop strategic choices and resource allocation within the district
  • Budget management and Data management
Requirements
  • A university degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or related field
  • Sales Management experience within CPG or beverage industry. Related package goods or beverage alcohol marketing experience is an asset
  • Experience leading & developing teams
  • Category management knowledge
  • Understanding of trade math (ROI, margin, markup, days inventory)
  • Advanced Excel & problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
