About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join our team at STUDYBUDDY CANADA IMMIGRATION INC. as an administrative support professional.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to our team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Assist with education-related tasks, including verifying academic credentials.
  • Coordinate with clients and stakeholders to ensure timely communication and resolution of issues.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records and databases.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of administrative processes and procedures.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • At least 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software.
