Job Title: Restaurant Manager

Estimated Salary Range: $55,000 - $70,000 per year, based on location and experience.

Job Description:

As a Restaurant Manager at Island Burgers Inc, you will be responsible for leading our team to deliver an exceptional dining experience to our customers. This includes overseeing daily operations, managing staff, controlling costs, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular performance reviews with team members to ensure they are meeting their goals and objectives.
  • Manage inventory levels and control costs associated with food, labor, and supplies.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
  • Lead by example and demonstrate excellent customer service skills to set the tone for the team.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and employee relations.
  • Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to ensure smooth execution.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the food service industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
  • Familiarity with inventory management systems and cost control methods.
