About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Osmow's. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for leading our culinary team and ensuring that our high standards of quality and service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution: Develop and implement menus that showcase our culinary expertise and meet the tastes and preferences of our customers.
  • Culinary Leadership: Supervise and mentor our kitchen staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional food quality and service.
  • Inventory Management: Manage our inventory of ingredients and supplies to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet our menu demands.
  • Food Safety and Quality: Ensure that all food is prepared and served in a safe and sanitary environment, and that our high standards of quality are consistently met.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with our front-of-house staff to ensure that our customers receive exceptional service and that our kitchen and dining areas are clean and well-maintained.
Requirements
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience as a senior cook or executive chef in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
