Job Description

This Strategic Compliance Expert will play a critical role in supporting the Bank's compliance initiatives, ensuring that business strategies are executed in accordance with governing regulations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting senior management in communicating and reinforcing the 'Tone from the Top' strategy
  • Collaborating with Compliance and AML Stakeholders to develop and implement effective compliance programs
  • Providing alignment and updates with executive management, AML Audit, and local Compliance & AML teams
  • Assisting in the preparation of International Compliance & AML meetings reports and status updates
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Post-secondary education with relevant experience in the financial services industry, preferably within a Corporate Function, business line, regulatory compliance, operations, technology, audit, or risk management function
  • Strong knowledge of banking regulations, products & services, technology, and operations
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills, with a results-oriented approach
  • Experience working in a high-performing team environment across multiple jurisdictions
