Senior Procurement Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Buyer to join our team at Ubisoft. As a Senior Buyer, you will be responsible for managing the entire procurement process, from requisition to invoicing, and ensuring strict compliance with contractual terms and conditions.
Key Responsibilities- Procurement Process Management: Develop and implement a negotiation strategy with suppliers and internal customers, ensuring the best possible outcomes for Ubisoft.
- Supplier Management: Analyze, identify, maintain, and develop relationships with key suppliers, while establishing new strategic partnerships.
- Contract Management: Oversee the performance of key suppliers and ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Data Analysis: Utilize data analysis skills to build a strong business case, identify gaps, and exploit opportunities.
- Reporting and Performance Metrics: Produce activity reports and work on key performance indicators to measure the success of procurement initiatives.
- Experience: At least 7 years of experience in a senior buyer position, with a solid background in direct and/or indirect purchasing within a purchasing department.
- Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, adaptability, and the ability to work independently, define priorities, and be proactive in improving processes.
- Knowledge: Strong knowledge of purchasing processes, from requisition to invoicing, and advanced mastery of Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel.
- Education: University degree or equivalent in business administration, procurement, logistics, or other relevant discipline, complemented by a successful track record.
