Qualifications

  • Education

    A bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, procurement, or a related field.

  • Procurement Experience

    8-10 years of progressive experience in procurement operations, with a proven track record of driving operational excellence, process optimization, and strategic initiatives. Experience in a global procurement environment is preferred.

  • Leadership Skills

    Demonstrated experience in leading and managing cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. Proven ability to mentor and develop high-performing teams.

  • Change Management

    Strong change management skills with experience leading organizational change initiatives. Ability to act as a change agent, driving transformational change within the procurement function and across the organization.

  • Strategic Thinking

    Strategic mindset with the ability to develop and execute strategic initiatives aligned with organizational goals and objectives. Experience in articulating and executing strategic visions for procurement operations.

  • Communication Skills
