Liquor Store Team Lead

As a Liquor Store Supervisor at Westgate Liquor Store Ltd., you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our liquor store. Your duties will include assigning sales workers to duties, authorizing payments, ordering merchandise, and establishing work schedules. You will also be responsible for resolving issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages. Additionally, you will be responsible for organizing and maintaining inventory, supervising and coordinating activities of workers, and ensuring that the store is running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities- Assign sales workers to duties
- Authorize payments by cheque
- Order merchandise
- Establish work schedules
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages
- Organize and maintain inventory
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers
You will be working in a fast-paced retail environment, interacting with customers and colleagues on a daily basis. You will be required to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Requirements- 3-4 years of experience in a retail or liquor store environment
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts
