Liquor Store Team Lead

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Liquor Store Supervisor to join our team at Westgate Liquor Store Ltd.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure efficient store operations.
- Authorize payments by cheque and maintain accurate financial records.
- Order merchandise and manage inventory levels to meet customer demand.
- Establish work schedules and supervise the activities of 3-4 team members.
- Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
- Organize and maintain a clean and safe store environment.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a retail or supervisory role.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Flexibility, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
Our store operates 30 hours per week, and we offer a dynamic and supportive work environment.
Language:The primary language of work is English.
