This role requires a competitive spirit, a focus on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and the ability to meet monthly productivity metrics. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sourcing new clients, identifying top talent, and efficiently filling permanent job requisitions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Hunt for new business opportunities and build strong relationships with clients.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates for permanent job placements.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle from client acquisition to candidate placement.
  • Meet and exceed monthly productivity and performance targets.
Requirements
  • Post-secondary education in a relevant field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally in the Property & Construction market.
