Executive Director of Military Family Resource Centre

Engaged HR is seeking a dynamic Executive Director to lead the Military Family Resource Centre (MFRC) in Mainland BC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the organization's operations, including management, human resources, finance, community engagement, marketing, and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement policies and standard operating procedures to ensure effective management and risk mitigation.
- Provide leadership and guidance to staff and volunteers to achieve strategic goals and champion the MFRC's vision and mission.
- Identify and secure grants to fund site-specific services and support the organization's financial sustainability.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with local and regional Chains of Command, community partners, and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proven experience in strategic planning, fundraising, and diversity and inclusion initiatives.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to build relationships and foster a network of contacts and partnerships.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends and travel within the province and country.
