Job Title: Hillcrest Community Centre Executive Coordinator
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Executive Coordinator to join our team at Hillcrest Community Centre. The ideal candidate will have excellent administrative skills, a strong ability to work under pressure, and a passion for supporting our community programs.
Main Responsibilities:
- Prepare reports and documents for executive committees and boards of directors.
- Coordinate the production and submission of summary briefs and reports.
- Arrange travel, itineraries, and make reservations.
- Prepare invoices, financial statements, and administer contracts.
- Manage events and meetings.
- Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
Requirements:
- College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent experience.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, and Word.
