Job Title: Hillcrest Community Centre Executive Coordinator

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Executive Coordinator to join our team at Hillcrest Community Centre. The ideal candidate will have excellent administrative skills, a strong ability to work under pressure, and a passion for supporting our community programs.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Prepare reports and documents for executive committees and boards of directors.
  • Coordinate the production and submission of summary briefs and reports.
  • Arrange travel, itineraries, and make reservations.
  • Prepare invoices, financial statements, and administer contracts.
  • Manage events and meetings.
  • Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.

Requirements:

  • College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent experience.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook, and Word.
