Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly organized and effective Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at BC Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Retail Store Supervisor will be responsible for supervising a team of sales staff, assigning duties, and ensuring excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be organized, and have a strong work ethic.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales staff
  • Assign sales staff to duties and ensure adequate coverage
  • Train and develop sales staff to meet performance expectations
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional manner
  • Organize and maintain inventory levels to meet sales demands
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to sales staff
Requirements:
  • College/CEGEP education
  • Excellent oral communication skills
  • Organized and able to prioritize tasks
  • Team player with a strong work ethic
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
Work Environment:
