Job Title: Food Service Team Lead

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Team Lead to join our team at MOSSAH Foods Corp. As a Food Service Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service team, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food quality meets the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff, including food preparation, serving, and cleaning.
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies, ensuring that we have the necessary inventory to meet customer demand.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring that they are equipped to provide excellent service and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules, ensuring that our team is productive and efficient.
  • Address customer complaints or concerns, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights to inform our business decisions.
  • Prepare and submit reports, ensuring that our management team is informed of key performance indicators.

Requirements:

  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a food service leadership role.
  • Other trades certificate or diploma.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, customers, and management.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
