Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at SUBWAY. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the needs of our customers and staff.
- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and manage a team of food service staff, providing guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and food quality.
- Train Staff: Provide comprehensive training to new staff members, ensuring they understand our policies, procedures, and high standards of quality and service.
- Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Accurately estimate the quantity of ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation, minimizing waste and ensuring we meet customer demand.
- Hire and Manage Staff: Recruit, hire, and manage a team of food service staff, ensuring we have the right people in the right roles to deliver exceptional service and quality.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all food and service meet our high standards of quality and safety, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers and staff.
- Prepare Budgets and Reports: Develop and manage budgets, tracking expenses and preparing reports to ensure we are operating efficiently and effectively.
- Customer Service: Respond to customer complaints and concerns, resolving issues promptly and professionally to maintain a positive reputation for SUBWAY.
Requirements:
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a food service supervisory role.
- Permanent employment with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Fluency in English.
