Sales Territory Development Manager

At Brandt, we are seeking an accomplished Sales Territory Development Manager to lead our sales department in Pincher Creek, AB. This pivotal role specializes in the sale of John Deere compact tractors, turf, and sport lines within a designated territory.
Sales Territory Development Managers play a critical part in driving revenue growth by developing and executing strategic plans to increase market share. Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities within the assigned territory
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date sales documentation in a timely manner
- Staying current with product knowledge and equipment developments
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers, understanding their business needs, and providing tailored solutions
- Crafting innovative marketing and promotion strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive sales within the territory

Key Requirements:

- Ability to travel internationally and obtain a valid passport
We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $120,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. Additional benefits may be discussed during the hiring process.
