The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education and experience in coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events. They will also be responsible for supervising other workers, training them, and recording meeting minutes. Additionally, they will schedule appointments, answer phone calls and electronic enquiries, and compile data and statistics. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Supervise and train other workers
  • Record meeting minutes
  • Schedule appointments
  • Answer phone calls and electronic enquiries
  • Compile data and statistics
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
