Health and Safety Manager

The 401 Group of Companies is seeking a highly skilled Health and Safety Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the health and safety of our employees, customers, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement health and safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
- Provide training and education to employees on health and safety procedures and protocols.
- Investigate incidents and accidents to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Manage and maintain health and safety records and reports.
- Collaborate with management and employees to promote a culture of health and safety within the organization.
- Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory agencies and industry partners to stay up-to-date on health and safety best practices.
- University degree in Occupational Health and Safety or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in health and safety management.
- Certified in Occupational Health and Safety (COHS) or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
