About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Analytics Leader to join our team at Activate Games. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for leading all aspects of the marketing analytics function, driving business growth through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive reporting with clear metrics definitions and an excellent user experience.
  • Perform ad hoc analysis based on business needs and translate data into easily digestible messages, communications, and presentations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategy and resource allocation.
  • Lead the strategy, execution, and management of the marketing analytics function.

Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or other relevant degree.
  • Excellent analytical skills, problem-solving, and a strong business sense.
  • 5+ years of experience in similar marketing analytics roles.
  • Expert SQL skills and experience with Tableau, PowerBI, SAS, Python, or other similar tools.
  • Ability to travel occasionally, up to 10% of the time.
