Job Title: Concrete Finisher - Structural Integrity Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our team at Integrity Shoring & Civil Ltd. As a Concrete Finisher, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality finish on concrete surfaces, adhering to strict safety regulations and working closely with our team to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct placement of concrete into forms or onto surfaces according to grade
  • Fill hollows and remove spots on freshly poured cement
  • Level top surface concrete according to grade and depth specification
  • Impart desired finish to concrete surfaces using hand and power tools
  • Install anchor bolts, steel plates, door sills and other fixtures
  • Repair, resurface and replace worn or damaged sections of concrete structures
  • Read and interpret blueprints, maps, drawings and specifications
  • Ensure adherence to safety regulations

Requirements:

  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in the field
  • Permanent employment
  • 38 to 48 hours per week
  • English as the primary language of work

Work Environment: Our team works in a variety of settings, including rural areas, urban areas, commercial, industrial, residential, roads and bridges, and sewers and water mains.
