We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Information Technology to join our team at IC Savings. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of our information technology strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and optimizing resources.
Key Responsibilities- Manage relationships, performance, and contractual agreements with third-party IT service providers
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, security standards, and internal policies
- Monitor and report on third-party providers' performance, risks, and issues to senior management
- Establish and oversee the IT budget, including forecasting financial needs and budget adherence
- Manage the credit union's information security program, including cyber security, internet, software updates, and incident responses
- Partner with functional leaders to understand and translate their needs into technical solutions
- Develop and execute a comprehensive Information Technology Strategy and Annual Plan to achieve defined business goals and future requirements
- Direct and coach the Technical Support Analyst, developing performance standards and motivating them to achieve or exceed performance standards
- Bachelor's degree in information technology/management, computer science, or related discipline
- Minimum seven (7) years of progressive IT experience in a Credit Union or other Financial Services environment
- Minimum two (2) years of people management experience with strong leadership skills and ability to develop and maintain a high level of employee engagement
- Proven experience in managing third-party IT services and vendor relationships
- Thorough understanding of Information Systems and Technology practices and procedures
- Demonstrated experience with advising and influencing various stakeholders, including senior leadership
- Strong integrity and professionalism with ability to maintain confidentiality, manage highly sensitive information, and exercise sound judgment in problem resolution
