As a Program Advisor, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our students, working closely with our dedicated team to create a supportive and inclusive environment that empowers students to succeed.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure student commitment and engagement by following up on term registrations, resolving registration issues, and providing support to students at risk of departure or poor coursework performance.
  • Administer withdrawal and re-entry protocols, processing withdrawals and leaves of absence, and offering pathways and services to support re-enrollment.
  • Prepare at-risk and grade reporting from faculty, assisting with student retention and persistence reporting.
  • Connect students with support services, including academic, financial, IT, tutoring, housing, and health and wellness services, and follow up to ensure the appropriate level of support was provided.
