About the Role:
  • Provide top-notch customer service to guests and wholesale customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Manage parts inventory, including ordering, arranging delivery, and maintaining minimum levels.
  • Collaborate with technicians to issue parts and supplies, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive record system for parts, tools, and analysis records.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment, fostering open communication and teamwork.

Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of experience in an auto parts advisory role.
  • Excellent customer service skills and a strong ability to communicate effectively.
  • Working knowledge of automotive equipment, parts, and accessories.
  • Valid Ontario driver's license.
