Program Advisor Opportunity

At CB Canada, we are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Program Advisor to join our team. As a Program Advisor, you will play a critical role in fostering student success and ensuring that our students have a positive and engaging experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure student commitment and engagement by following up with term registrations and working with the Registrar's Office to confirm student registration issues are resolved within established timelines.
  • Administer withdrawal and re-entry protocols by reaching out to students on leaves of absence and who have withdrawn to offer pathways and services to support re-enrollment.
  • Report on student retention and persistence by preparing at-risk and grade reporting from faculty and assisting with student retention and persistence reporting.
  • Connect students to support services by assisting students in accessing academic, financial, IT, tutoring, housing, and health and wellness services.
Requirements:
  • An undergraduate degree and 2+ years of experience working in student services or customer service.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and commitment to student success.
  • Collaborative and collegial approach with high standards of ethics and integrity.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and build trusting relationships with students, staff, and faculty.
  • Highly proficient in MS Office and ability to quickly learn how to use our student information systems.
