About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Product Manager to join our team at Global Relay. As a TPM, you will be responsible for owning the product roadmap and driving new features and enhancements for our Identity and Access Management product line.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define detailed business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for specific features
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality designs and timely delivery
  • Attend daily stand-ups, refine the backlog, plan sprints, and monitor progress
  • Work closely with our Vancouver and Kelowna-based IAM teams to continuously improve and support our current Administration, Identity and Access Management product
  • Own the up and down responsibility for the delivery of their component/feature
  • Collaborate with senior product management, sales, support, clients, and other TPMs to produce and manage their component's backlog and contribute to the product roadmap
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience as a product manager or project coordinator
  • Experience with Agile and Scrum development methodologies
  • Experience with enterprise software and Software-As-A-Service (SaaS)
  • Ability to understand technical as well as business requirements and accurately capture technical notes and use them to update work tickets
  • Strong requirement elicitation, analysis, domain modeling, use case modeling, workflow design, and documentation skills
