Product Management Role

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to join our team at Global Relay. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for executing product strategy, prioritizing and aligning roadmaps, and researching and defining enhancements and upgrades to our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define detailed business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for specific features
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality designs and timely delivery
  • Attend daily stand-ups, refine the backlog, plan sprints, and monitor progress
  • Work closely with our Vancouver and Kelowna-based IAM teams to continuously improve and support our current Administration, Identity and Access Management product
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience as a product manager or project coordinator
  • Experience with Agile and Scrum development methodologies
  • Ability to understand technical and business requirements and accurately capture technical notes
  • Strong requirement elicitation, analysis, domain modeling, use case modeling, workflow design, and documentation skills
