We are seeking an experienced Technical Product Director to join our team at Global Relay. As a key member of our Product Management team, you will be responsible for executing product strategy, prioritizing and aligning roadmaps, and researching and defining enhancements and upgrades to our products and services.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will have a strong background in product management, with experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving product innovation. You will be responsible for defining detailed business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for specific features, and collaborating with our development team to ensure high-quality designs are produced.
You will also attend daily stand-ups, refine your team's backlog, plan sprints, accept completed stories, monitor progress, report status, and be involved in key release activities including documentation and training.
Key Responsibilities- Define and execute product strategy, prioritizing and aligning roadmaps
- Research and define enhancements and upgrades to products and services
- Lead cross-functional teams to drive product innovation
- Collaborate with development team to ensure high-quality designs are produced
- Attend daily stand-ups, refine backlog, plan sprints, and accept completed stories
- Monitor progress, report status, and participate in key release activities
- 3-5 years of experience as a product manager or project coordinator
- Strong background in product management, with experience in leading cross-functional teams
- Experience with Agile and Scrum development methodologies
- Experience with enterprise software and Software-As-A-Service (SaaS)
- Ability to understand technical and business requirements
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
