We are seeking an experienced Technical Product Director to join our team at Global Relay. As a key member of our Product Management team, you will be responsible for executing product strategy, prioritizing and aligning roadmaps, and researching and defining enhancements and upgrades to our products and services.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will have a strong background in product management, with experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving product innovation. You will be responsible for defining detailed business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for specific features, and collaborating with our development team to ensure high-quality designs are produced.
Key Responsibilities- Define and execute product strategy, prioritizing and aligning roadmaps to meet business objectives
- Research and define enhancements and upgrades to our products and services
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality designs are produced
- Attend daily stand-ups, refine the backlog, plan sprints, accept completed stories, monitor progress, report status, and be involved in key release activities
- Work closely with our Vancouver and Kelowna, Canada-based IAM teams to continuously improve and support our current Administration, Identity and Access Management product
- 3-5 years of experience as a product manager or project coordinator
- Strong background in product management, with experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving product innovation
- Experience with Agile and Scrum development methodologies
- Experience with enterprise software and Software-As-A-Service (SaaS)
- Ability to understand technical as well as business requirements and accurately capture technical notes and use them to update work tickets
