Job Title: Restaurant Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Restaurant Manager to join our team at Freshii Store 972. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our food and service meet quality control standards, and maintaining a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and maintain inventory
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
  • Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies
  • Negotiate with clients for catering or use of facilities
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
  • Prepare and submit reports
  • Organise day-to-day business operations
  • Ensure that systems and equipment are operating efficiently and that proper maintenance and repairs are performed
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations
  • Ensure hygiene and sanitation practices conform to policies and regulations

Requirements:

  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
  • Permanent employment
  • English as the primary language of work
  • 40 hours per week
