Job Title: Customer Service Managing Supervisor

Raven Force Couriers Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Managing Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operations Management: Direct and control daily operations, evaluate daily operations, and plan and organize daily operations to ensure seamless execution.
  • Staff Management: Manage staff, assign duties, and conduct performance reviews to ensure high-performing teams.
  • Marketing and Sales: Study market research and trends to determine consumer demand, develop and implement marketing strategies, and plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses.
  • Customer Service: Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages, and ensure exceptional customer experience.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
