About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at MGR INFOTECH LIMITED. As a key member of our technical support team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our users, ensuring they have a seamless experience with our systems and applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Support: Respond to user inquiries and resolve technical issues related to computer systems, software, and network connectivity.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to users on how to use our systems and applications, ensuring they have the necessary skills to perform their tasks efficiently.
  • Problem-Solving: Analyze and resolve complex technical issues, documenting solutions for future reference.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other technical support analysts to share knowledge and best practices, ensuring a high level of technical expertise within the team.
  • Process Improvement: Participate in the redesign of applications and software to improve user experience and efficiency.
  • Leadership: Supervise and mentor junior technical support staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet the required standards.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a technical support role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and attention to detail.
